Easiest Air Fryer Donuts

I’ve tried this with different biscuits and by far my favorites are the flaky, layered Pillsbury Grands biscuits. Dang delicious!! These literally take no more than 10 minutes to make and are perfect for a last minute snack or dessert. Browned Butter, Rice Krispie Treats

These browned butter rice krispie treats are simple, nostalgic, and just a little extra — which is how we like things around here. Browning the butter adds a warm, toasty depth that makes an old favorite feel special without losing its cozy charm. This is one of those recipes my boys can jump right into with me: stirring, pouring, sneaking tastes, and making memories along the way. Messy hands, melty marshmallows, and a treat that never lasts longer than a day on the counter.

The Hanson Family Mission

Sweet August as born from a love of baking and a belief that the kitchen can shape futures. In our home, baking/cooking is more than recipes--its how we connect, learn life skills, and build confidence together. What began as a way to teach our son independence and creativity has become a mission to make the kitchen welcoming for everyone. Our recipes are designed for adults, kids, families and individuals of all abilities because food should never exclude. Through Sweet August, we hope to inspire families to cook together, advocate for inclusive kitchen education, and one day help fund home economics programs within local communities so more people can experience the dignity, joy and empowerment that comes from knowing how to cook.
